WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Here at Benjees Eyewear, we love happy customers. If you need to request an exchange within seven (7) business days of receiving your unused product (via a direct order from our online store) you may send a message on our Contact Us page. Please include your order/receipt number and forward your receipt. We are not able to offer returns for discounted stock or on items purchased through our pop-up stores at L.A.-based markets and craft shows. No refunds accepted at this time.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

Refunds are not available on our handcrafted items. 100-day standard warranty applies against any defects in craftsmanship (excluding damage due to misuse or normal wear-and-tear), as determined by our assessment team. This warranty does not cover accidental breakage, or your dog chewing your new shades. Benjees sunglasses and accessories are tough, but not indestructible! So we say, "when they're not on your face, put 'em in your case".

DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?

Yes! Benjees Eyewear reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective and will cover the cost of repairs or replacement if this is the case. If the item is not determined to be defective (eg. breakage from dropping the item; loose hinges; and scratched lenses are not considered defects) then we will attempt to repair the item at a reasonable charge to the customer.
Returns or exchanges may only be considered for equal or lesser value of original purchase, for unused and unworn products in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed and we recommend purchasing tracking for the item when sending back to our store.
